Nothing goes out unchecked
- Every invoice starts as a draft with a preview of the real PDF
- Totals calculated to the cent: quantities, discounts, several named taxes per line, rounding
- Sent invoices are numbered and locked; changes are revisions with a reason, or credit notes
Your invoice, your way
Rename, reorder, hide or add columns; add item and accounting codes, custom fields, registration IDs, declarations, your signature and seal. Choose one of nine designs (US Letter or A4) or a custom template. Tax presets are a starting point to check with your accountant.
After you send
Your client gets an email from your business name with the PDF and a private portal link: documents, balance, statement and your payment options in one place. You see when it is opened, the client can tell you "I've sent payment", and reminders go out before and after the due date, in your words, stopping when it is paid.
Getting paid
LotsInvoice never holds or moves your money. Invoices show the payment options you already use: a Stripe Payment Link, PayPal, Square, bank transfer or ACH, Zelle, Venmo or a check address. You record payments when they arrive.

Estimates accepted with a typed name and turned into invoices in one click, recurring invoices for retainers, credit notes, saved customers and items, any currency, reports (who owes what, revenue, tax collected, payments) with CSV export, team access, CSV import and full data export.
