Frequently asked questions
How does the wheel pick a random winner?
Every spin uses the browser Web Crypto API to generate a cryptographic random number that determines the winning slice before the animation starts.
How many names can be placed on the wheel?
There is no fixed limit because the wheel automatically scales text size to fit both short and long entry lists.
Is an account or download required to use the wheel?
No. The generator runs completely in the browser with no account, no app to install, and no cost.
Are entered names uploaded to external servers?
No. Lists never leave the device, staying saved only in the browser.
