About SupplyAutomate

What is SupplyAutomate?

SupplyAutomate is an AI supply chain ERP that organizes purchase orders, invoices, shipments, and true landed cost for Shopify, WooCommerce, DTC, and Amazon FBA sellers.

What SupplyAutomate does

Upload PDFs or forward emails. Invoices, packing lists, freight bills, and customs entries are read, matched to the right order, and filed, with no templates and no retyping. Factory price, freight, duty, and other import costs roll into one per-unit number as each bill arrives. Each purchase order moves through quoted, deposit, production, ready, and shipped. The assistant can draft a purchase order, a payment, a status change, or a supplier message, then stop for approval before anything changes. Reading data needs no permission. Changing it always does.

Who SupplyAutomate is for

Amazon FBA sellers importing finished goods from China and other overseas factories. Shopify, WooCommerce, and DTC brands that need true landed cost before they set a price or reorder. Solo founders and lean ops teams who outgrew spreadsheets. Accountants, agents, and 3PLs invited as collaborators on specific orders.

How SupplyAutomate works

Guided onboarding takes under 15 minutes. Upload existing purchase orders, invoices, and shipping docs as PDFs. A single invoice becomes an organized order view in well under a minute. Day to day, upload or forward documents, then ask what is late, what a unit really cost, or who is cheapest on a SKU. Currency is set per purchase order and per shipment, not globally. Totals across a mixed set are reported per currency, so nothing is silently added together at a rate you did not choose. Invite a factory, agent, 3PL, or accountant onto the order. Support answers email in a few hours.

Key features

  • Every supplier, SKU, quantity, price, and date lives on one order record, with documents linked.
  • True landed cost rolls factory price, freight, duty, and other import costs into one per-unit number as each bill arrives.
  • Invite a factory, agent, 3PL, or accountant into a portal on the order so updates stay attached to the purchase order.
  • Each purchase order moves through quoted, deposit, production, ready, and shipped, with dates attached.
  • Invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs entries are classified and linked, including scans.
  • Multi-currency by default. A factory can be paid in USD, a forwarder in GBP, and duty in EUR, each at the rate on the invoice.
  • Export purchase orders, supplier communications, shipping invoices, and landed-cost reports to CSV or Excel at any time.
  • The app runs fully in the browser and is optimized for mobile, with nothing to install. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, is not shared with other accounts, and is not used to train models.

Frequently asked questions

The monthly plan is month-to-month. Cancel from account settings at any time, with no calls and no retention forms. An annual plan is billed for the year up front, and cancellation stops the next renewal.

Can an accountant, agent, or warehouse team be added?

Yes. Invite people in the extended operation and control what each collaborator can see or edit per order.

Which currencies can a purchase order use?

Every currency is supported. Currency is set per purchase order and per shipment, not globally, so a EUR order to an Italian supplier and a USD quote stay in the currency they were agreed in. Totals across a mixed set are reported per currency.

Is supplier data used to train models?

The FAQ says the data is encrypted in transit and at rest, is never shared with other accounts, and is not used to train models. The account controls who can see each order.
