Description

SuiteMigration is the platform purpose-built to migrate complete financial histories from QuickBooks and Xero into NetSuite, accurately, auditably, and in a fraction of the time. Built for NetSuite implementation partners.

About SuiteMigration

What is SuiteMigration?

SuiteMigration moves complete financial histories from QuickBooks and Xero into NetSuite. It is used by NetSuite implementation partners and by finance teams migrating their own books. The account is free, and pricing is per migration, not per user.

What SuiteMigration does

Connect QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Enterprise, Xero, or another NetSuite account. A free Migration Readiness Audit lists what NetSuite will reject before the project starts. Accounts, classes, locations, tax codes, and entity types are matched to NetSuite. The migration is pushed into a sandbox, usually one to three times, then into production with relationships intact. Trial balance and per-transaction audit reports confirm records before go-live.

Who SuiteMigration is for

SuiteMigration is for NetSuite implementation partners running client projects and for finance teams migrating their own books. The company was founded by Jo Milton and Stony Grunow. It does not configure NetSuite, does not take over the client relationship, and there is no reselling arrangement.

How SuiteMigration works

Initial setup is free. Connect the source, then nominate the NetSuite account. The readiness audit reads the source dataset in full and flags validation errors, mapping conflicts, and data quality issues. Partners can pass the output to clients as a white-labeled report. Mapping can be uploaded in bulk. A sandbox load can be cleared and re-pushed. After the sandbox results are approved, the same migration runs into production. Audit reports compare NetSuite against the source period by period.

Key features

  • Sources are QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Enterprise, Xero, and NetSuite. Epicor, Acumatica, Microsoft Dynamics, and Infor are listed as coming.
  • Records include the chart of accounts, vendors, customers, items, invoices, bills, payments, journal entries, inventory, and custom fields.
  • A trial balance migration is the simplest and lowest-priced option. A GL-level migration keeps invoices, bills, and payments as native NetSuite records and costs more.
  • Unlimited pushes to sandbox or production, and support from the migration team, are included in the migration price and not billed per seat.
  • The Migration Readiness Audit is free, with no credit card, and can be run before and during a project.
  • Multi-factor authentication can be turned on, and admins can review an activity log of data pulls and pushes.
  • As many as 30 QuickBooks orgs have been consolidated into one NetSuite org. Pricing scales with the number of source orgs.
  • Multiple dry-run test migrations to the sandbox are there to prevent business interruption and delays.

Pricing

As listed on suitemigration.com, checked 17 October 2026. Prices can change; see the site for current terms.

  • The account is free. Pay only when ready to run a migration. That price includes unlimited pushes to sandbox or production, plus support, from start to finish.
  • Pricing is per migration, not per user or per seat. How many users are added does not change the price.
  • A trial balance migration is the simplest and lowest-priced option. A GL-level migration costs more.
  • The Migration Readiness Audit is free, with no credit card and no obligation, before and during a project.
  • No single number is published. A clear, upfront quote is what they send before any work begins.

Frequently asked questions

Is the Migration Readiness Audit free?

Yes. It is free, with no credit card and no obligation, before and during a project. The audit reads the source data and flags validation errors, mapping conflicts, and data quality issues.

Is there a charge to create an account?

No. The account is set up and the source system is connected at no cost. You can create as many projects and Migration Readiness Audits as you like, for free. Pay only when a live migration is ready to run.

Do extra pushes or extra users change the price?

No. Pricing is per migration, not per user. Pushes to sandbox, then to production at go-live, and any pushes in between, are covered under the same migration price. Support is included rather than sold as a tier.

What source systems are supported?

SuiteMigration supports QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Enterprise, Xero, and NetSuite itself, so one NetSuite account can be consolidated into another. Support for Epicor, Acumatica, Microsoft Dynamics, and Infor is coming.

Can several QuickBooks orgs go into one NetSuite account?

Yes. Multiple source orgs can be consolidated into a single NetSuite instance. As many as 30 QuickBooks orgs have been handled in one NetSuite org. Pricing scales with the number of source orgs.

What is included once a migration is paid for?

Unlimited pushes to the NetSuite sandbox or production environment, plus support from the migration team, are included in the price and not billed separately.
