What is Stylify?

Stylify is a Word add-in that formats a document with a local model on a Mac. Nothing is written to the document until the change is accepted. Stylify Local is $5 / month or $50 / year, with a 7-day free trial.

What Stylify does

Stylify reads a template and applies real Word styles, headings, tables, and lists. Formatting is the default, and in that mode the words are never changed. Switch on Allow editing the text, and Stylify can also rewrite, split, or delete text. Every instruction produces a proposed change in the Stylify pane. Keep or revert each change. The AI runs on the machine through a companion desktop app. On first run it downloads a local model, and after setup formatting works with Wi-Fi off. There is no Ollama and no command line. The pricing section says zero feature gating and zero word limits, with unlimited local runs and 100% on-device inference. Bring Your Own Key is coming soon. Lifetime access is pay once for the desktop app, including all updates and offline capability. This release is for Apple-silicon Macs. Use Word for Mac or Word on the web in Safari, Chrome, or Edge.

Who Stylify is for

Stylify Local is the card for individual and solo use, with the AI on the computer. Stylify Business is the same software packaged with procurement, security, and billing terms, including invoicing and purchase order support. The page points enterprise and custom deployment at 25+ seats, air-gapped environments, or models in your own cloud. This release is for Apple-silicon Macs, M1 or newer. Windows and Firefox are not supported by this release.

How Stylify works

Open the download page and start the 7-day free trial. Install Stylify, open it from Applications, and sign in. The app downloads a local model and installs the Word add-in. Quit Word when Stylify asks, because Word reads add-ins when it starts. Reopen Word and choose Stylify from the Home ribbon. The Mac app must be running while Stylify is used in Word. Local formatting can work offline after setup. Sign-in, subscription checks, updates, and model downloads need internet access. If the button is missing, quit Word, check the add-in status in Settings, choose Reinstall add-in, and reopen Word. If Word cannot connect, confirm the local engine is running and choose Try again, or restart the server from Settings. A connection failure does not change the document. The app can resume an interrupted download. If a device limit is reached, remove an old device from the account.
