Stria is a client project workflow for scope, requests, approvals and invoices. It checks a request against a locked scope and turns additional work into priced change orders.
What Stria does
Requests forwarded by email receive a scope verdict with excerpts from the agreed document. A rate card prices changes, and signed changes create a new scope version for later requests. Deliverable files can be held pending a deposit. Invoices, reminder schedules and receivables reports extend the workflow through payment on the owner’s Stripe account.
Who Stria is for
Freelancers, studios and agencies managing client deliverables can use Stria. Clients and collaborators who only review or approve work use passwordless links rather than paid accounts.
How Stria works
The user defines and locks a scope, then forwards client email to the client’s Stria address. A verdict classifies the request and quotes located scope text, with missing evidence returning needs clarification. Additional work becomes a priced change order for signature. The user can then invoice it, collect through Stripe and review outstanding balances by currency.
