About Rankcow

What is Rankcow?

Rankcow watches subreddits, scores posts for buying intent, and drafts a reply, and a direct message where the poster invited one, from what the poster wrote. Nothing posts without approval by default. Autopilot is an opt-in that sends within daily caps.

What Rankcow does

Rankcow finds threads in the subreddits you pick, scores buying intent, and writes a reply in your voice. The approval queue shows the original post, the subreddit, the score, and the draft. You can edit, approve, or discard. Approved text posts through the Rankcow Companion extension from your own account, or through Rankcow's own accounts. Before a send, Rankcow checks subreddit rules, karma, and account age, and keeps the send inside pacing and daily caps. One credit list says a comment from a Rankcow-managed account costs 10 credits, an upvote costs 0.2 credits, and an AI draft costs 0.1 credits. The pricing page says each AI draft costs 0.1 credits, 100 credits cover up to 1,000 drafts, and posting an approved draft from your own account through the extension costs nothing beyond the draft.

Who Rankcow is for

Rankcow is for B2B startups and small teams that sell software or services and want customers from Reddit threads where people ask for recommendations. The about page says it is not built for consumer brands, or for enterprise social listening across many networks. Rankcow is a product of Rankcow Inc, founded in August 2026 by Mahir B.

How Rankcow works

Setup is described as two minutes. Communities go on watch when setup finishes, and the first replies usually land in the queue within hours. By default every reply and DM waits for approval. Autopilot can send inside the same daily caps and subreddit checks, and turning it off returns new drafts to the queue. Ignoring the queue posts nothing. Discovery and scoring do not use credits and continue when credits run out. New drafts then wait until the monthly refresh. Whether unused credits carry into the next month is not stated. The site says no tool can promise zero removals.

Key features

  • Unlimited lead discovery and buying-intent scoring. Finding threads and scoring them does not use credits.
  • Approval queue by default. Edit, approve, or discard. Discarding costs nothing, and ignoring the queue posts nothing.
  • Post through Rankcow's own accounts or through the Rankcow Companion extension from your own account. The extension is listed on the Chrome Web Store.
  • Autopilot is opt-in. It sends inside daily caps and the same subreddit rule, karma, and account-age checks, and it can be turned off.
  • 100 credits refresh every month. The pricing page prices an AI draft at 0.1 credits, up to 1,000 drafts. Another list prices a Rankcow-managed comment at 10 credits and an upvote at 0.2 credits.
  • Free Reddit tools need no signup: Reddit search, a deleted post viewer, a user search, subreddit stats, and checkers for posts, comments, and DMs.
  • One plan, All in One, at $99 per month. Start for free. There is no free plan. Cancel any time.
  • The queue can be shared. A founder can review technical replies and a marketer can review tone. Daily caps apply to the account, not to each reviewer.

Pricing

  • On the pricing page, an AI draft, reply or DM, costs 0.1 credits, so 100 credits cover up to 1,000 drafts. Posting an approved draft from your own account through the extension costs nothing beyond the draft.
  • Another credit list says a comment posted from a Rankcow-managed account costs 10 credits, an upvote costs 0.2 credits, and an AI draft costs 0.1 credits.
  • Whether unused credits carry into the next month is not a policy stated on the pricing page. Contact support@rankcow.com.
  • The plan is month to month. Discovery and scoring keep running until the end of the period you have paid for. There are no tiers and no add-ons.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a free plan?

No. There is one paid plan at $99 per month, and you can start for free. During the trial the full product is available: unlimited discovery and scoring, drafting, the approval queue, and posting from your own Reddit account through the extension.

Do unused credits roll over?

Credits are refreshed monthly at 100. Whether unused credits carry into the next month is not a policy stated on the pricing page. The site says to contact support before you decide.

What happens when credits run out?

Discovery and scoring continue, because they do not use credits. New drafts wait until credits refresh at the start of the next month. If you need more drafts before then, the site says to contact support.

Which Reddit account does a post go out from?

Rankcow's own accounts, or your own account through the Rankcow Companion browser extension. You choose per project and can switch at any time. Karma you earn on your own account stays with you. The extension is listed on the Chrome Web Store.

Can Autopilot be turned off?

Yes, at any time. Autopilot is off by default. Turning it off returns every new draft to the queue and does not affect replies already posted.

Can Rankcow promise zero removals?

No tool can promise zero removals. Posting through Rankcow's own accounts leaves your account untouched, in the site's words never touched. On your own account, Rankcow checks rules, karma minimums, and account-age gates before a post goes up.
