What is Nommer?

Nommer splits any recipe into a two-cook plan across two phones, with timed handoffs so both cooks finish together. Each cook gets a checklist, and ticking a step updates the other phone.

What Nommer does

A recipe can be a link, an Instagram or TikTok reel, a YouTube video, a photo of a cookbook page, or plain text. Nommer assigns steps to each person, syncs the timing, and keeps one shopping list sorted by aisle. A dinner party lets friends pick dishes, share the list, and claim what they will buy. Each cook can use a language of their own, including English, Spanish, Dutch, Japanese, or one of 30+ other languages.

How Nommer works

Add a recipe by pasting a link, sharing a reel, snapping a cookbook page, or typing plain text. The co-chef joins from a QR code or a link, and both see each other straight away. Each cook ticks steps on their own phone, the other phone updates straight away, and Nommer tells you when to hand something over. The app is on the App Store for iPhone and on Google Play for Android.
