Good to know

Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Connect the domain you already own and create any address: hello@, contact@, orders@ or your name. You keep your DNS provider and your website; you add a few records we show you, then point your mail to LotsMail when you are ready.
How many mailboxes and teammates can I have?
Unlimited, on every domain. Each domain has shared storage and a monthly sending allowance by plan.
Can I use Outlook or Apple Mail?
Not yet; mail apps over IMAP and SMTP are coming soon. LotsMail works in the browser on phone, tablet and desktop, and through your AI assistant.
Can I bring my old emails?
Not yet; import is coming soon. Your current provider keeps your existing mail, and new mail arrives in LotsMail once you point your domain to it.
Can ChatGPT or Claude send email without me?
Only if you give it send access for that mailbox. With read or draft access it can search, read and prepare drafts that wait for you in the dashboard.
How does pricing work?

Can I send newsletters or marketing email?
No. LotsMail is for normal business email. Bulk, marketing and cold email are not allowed.
