## Detailed info

## What is ideaFast?

IdeaFast checks startup ideas against Reddit. It clusters recurring problems, scores each group from 0 to 100, and links every problem to the threads behind it. The first scan is free, and paid packs are a one-time purchase.

## What ideaFast does

A scan reads recent posts from the communities that were picked, groups posts describing the same problem, and scores each group from 0 to 100 on how acute, frequent, and recent it is. Every problem links back to the original Reddit thread. The Pain Signal Score is that 0 to 100 rating. The Receipts Rule is that no pain point is shown without a link to the original post. Explorer is the free scan. Founder and Builder add more subreddits, more evidence quotes, and generated ideas. A deep 90-day scan costs two scans instead of one.

## Who ideaFast is for

Explorer is for a first serious look. Founder is for founders shipping this month. Builder is for agencies and serial builders. IdeaFast is built and run by Shubham Bhatt, a solo founder.

## How ideaFast works

Pick where customers hang out, or use broad mode to auto-find relevant subreddits. IdeaFast reads Reddit only, clusters recurring complaints, scores each cluster, and returns the evidence. Save the result, keep history, and export CSV or JSON. Founder also exports PDF. Scans stay on the balance until they are used. Nothing renews, and nothing auto-charges without auto-recharge.

## Key features

- Reddit-only research. No GitHub, Stack Exchange, Product Hunt, private data, or paid review databases.
- Pain Signal Score from 0 to 100, based on how acute, frequent, and recent the complaints are.
- Every pain point links to the original public thread, under the Receipts Rule.
- Explorer, Founder, and Builder set the subreddits per scan, the evidence quotes, and the generated ideas.
- Basic validation on Founder and full validation on Builder, and broad mode that auto-finds subreddits.
- Pain Universe on Builder, for pain points across communities and trends over time.
- Save, history, and CSV, JSON, or PDF export.
- The first scan is free with no card. The public research library is readable with no account.

## Facts from ideafast.pro, checked 14 October 2026

- Shubham Bhatt builds and runs IdeaFast, on X as BhattBuilds. Email is shubham@ideafast.pro.
- A high Pain Signal Score is not a promise that a business will work. IdeaFast is not a live feed. Each research page is a snapshot from a dated scan.
- At a glance, 568 distinct problems and 6,734 quotes are counted on 3 October 2026, and the free library has 745 scored problems from 18,669 Reddit posts, updated 18 August 2026.
- Builder opens the full Pain Universe. Other plans see the top 2.

## FAQ

### Is IdeaFast a subscription?
No. Plans are a one-time purchase that adds a fixed number of scans to the balance. Nothing renews, there are no billing periods, and there is nothing to cancel.

### Do the scans expire?
No. Scans stay on the balance until they are used. An unused scan is still there next month and next year.

### What counts as one scan?
One scan reads a community, clusters the recurring complaints, scores each cluster, and returns the evidence behind every one. A deep 90-day scan pulls more posts per subreddit and costs two scans instead of one.

### Is there a free tier?
Yes. The first scan is free and does not need a card. Research for dozens of communities is already published on the site and readable without an account.

### Can an unused plan be refunded?
An unused plan is fully refundable within 7 days of purchase. Once a scan from that purchase has been run, it is non-refundable. Genuine billing errors are fixed or refunded with no time limit.

### Where does the evidence come from?
IdeaFast reads Reddit only. It does not scan GitHub, Stack Exchange, or Product Hunt, and it does not use private data or paid review databases. Every pain point links to the original public thread.
