About Freqo
What is Freqo?
Freqo is analytics hosted in France and built for GDPR. It counts a visit when a visitor refuses cookies, with no cookie and no stored IP address. A Pro trial is 15 days, with no credit card.
What Freqo does
Anonymous counts include page views, unique daily visitors, traffic sources, UTM campaigns, countries, devices, browsers, languages, bounce rate, and time on page. Returning visitors and journeys across visits need consent. A built-in banner asks in the visitor's language, in 24 languages, or an existing consent tool can call Freqo. Mobile apps count openings and time spent with nothing stored on the phone. Uptime checks and push alerts are on every plan. Visitor statistics are stored on servers in a data centre in France, in the European Union. They are not sold or shared. Statistics are kept for 25 months. Freqo started as an in-house tool at HSLP, a studio in France.
Who Freqo is for
Freqo is for sites and mobile apps that want audience counts without a cookie on refuse, and for agencies that keep client sites in one account.
How Freqo works
Create an account and paste one line of code in the head, or in a site builder custom code field. It works with WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Wix, Bubble, and any other site. Choose Essential, the Freqo banner, or an existing consent tool. A refused visit is still counted, with no cookie, nothing stored on the device, and no IP address stored. Over the plan page views, Freqo will keep counting. Statistics are locked after one month until a plan that fits. Prices excluding VAT. Two months are free when paying yearly.

Frequently asked questions
What happens when a visitor refuses?
Freqo keeps counting the visit, with no cookie, nothing stored on the device, and no IP address stored. Page views, sources, countries, devices, and goals still show. Features that recognise a returning visitor are left out.
Where is the data stored, and for how long?
Visitor statistics are stored on servers in a data centre in France, in the European Union. They are not sold or shared. Statistics are kept for 25 months, then deleted. An accepted identifier lasts 13 months at most, and the choice is asked again after 6 months.
How is Freqo installed?
Paste one line of code in the head, or in a site builder custom code field. It works with WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Wix, Bubble, and any other site. A mobile app counts as one site, and each opening as one page view.
What does the trial cost?
15 days free on the Pro plan. No credit card. Cancel anytime. Two months are free when paying yearly. Prices excluding VAT.
