Users can run focus sessions with Pomodoro (25 + 5) or pick 25, 50, or 90 minutes, take 5-minute breaks, or allow content with one click. On Pro, filtering expands to all websites and evaluates feeds on Reddit, X, and Instagram post by post, offering Strict mode, scheduled sessions, always-allowed or blocked lists, and multi-device synchronization.
