## Detailed info

## What is ElevateAI?

ElevateAI is an artificial intelligence job search workcenter built by Medo that turns career history into tailored resumes, cover letters, fit scores, and interview prep kits.

## What ElevateAI does

ElevateAI maintains a structured career memory of user roles, skills, and achievements across multiple professional tracks. The platform scores job postings from 0 to 100 on fit, clips postings via the Job Lens browser extension, drafts tailored resumes and cover letters shown as diffs against base documents, tracks application stages, and prepares interview questions and follow-up drafts.

## Who ElevateAI is for

Active job seekers, career changers, recent graduates, international applicants, and remote workers managing multiple job applications.

## How ElevateAI works

Users build a career memory record once from an existing resume or LinkedIn profile. The Job Lens extension captures job postings from the browser, where the platform calculates a fit score, generates tailored application drafts for user review, and creates interview prep materials.
