EasyInvoicePDF is a free open-source invoice generator that runs in the browser. Seller, client, and line items go on a short form, the preview redraws as the form is filled, and the PDF can be downloaded. There is no login and no signup, and the invoice is built on the machine, so nothing entered is uploaded.

The form takes seller and buyer details, a language, a currency, a date format, and a line for each product or service with quantity and price. The invoice can use labels in 13 languages, including the total written out in words, 122 currencies, and 18 date formats, from 2026-03-20 to March 20, 2026. Tax can use a label such as VAT, GST, or Sales Tax, or there can be no tax columns. A logo, bank details, and a QR code for a payment link can be added. There are two layouts, a classic one and a Stripe-style invoice template. Both templates accept a JPEG, PNG, or WebP logo. Details stay saved in the browser. A shareable link keeps a compressed copy of the invoice inside the URL, and anyone with the full link can open it. The tool does not track payments, file taxes, or keep books.
