## Detailed info

## What is DearTomorrowMe?

DearTomorrowMe is a service for sealing written or video messages and delivering them to a future inbox on a chosen date.

## What DearTomorrowMe does

Users write or record a message to their future self and choose its delivery date. After confirmation, the contents stay locked until that date. Paid access adds video messages, unlimited sealed letters, backup email, and a next of kin email option.

## Who DearTomorrowMe is for

People documenting a goal, a promise, a feeling, or a moment in their life can send a private message to their future self.

## How DearTomorrowMe works

The user adds a title, a written message or video, and an optional note, then selects a date. Clicking the email confirmation link schedules and seals the message. On the delivery date, the email contains the written contents or a private link to the video.

## Key features

- Messages remain inaccessible until the delivery date.
- Written messages have no word limit or required format.
- Video messages can be up to 10 minutes and 200MB.
- An optional note accompanies the message.
- A backup email receives a copy on the same delivery date.
- A next of kin email names a trusted person for delivery if the sender is unreachable.
- The messages page shows a lock icon while contents are sealed.
- Unlimited includes unlimited sealed letters.
