About Clarno
What is Clarno?
Clarno pressure-tests an idea with a cohort of simulated buyers and ends in a verdict with evidence attached. Skepticism is enforced by architecture, and the scan stops before the verdict on the free run.
What Clarno does
Clarno walks an idea through six beats: Scan, Argue, Verdict, Design, Case, and Launch. Twelve steps run underneath, one at a time. The cohort can be 10, 30, or 50 simulated buyers with personas and episodic memory, and the cohort advances on a tick clock. At 50 agents the cohort deliberates as a group, under a moderator that scores positions. No source, no number. When no page exists, the card says not found instead of inventing one. A verdict is pass, fail, or pivot. A failed result can come with an opportunity-solution tree of ranked pivots.
Who Clarno is for
A solopreneur, a startup founder, a startup studio, and a VC or angel who want a market model before a partner meeting. The about page says Clarno is for someone who would rather lose an argument now than a year later, and who wants the reasons and the evidence.
How Clarno works
Stage 1 is The Test: Scan, Argue, and Verdict. Stage 2 is The Build: Design, Case, and Launch. Further stages are in the works. At every fork the direction is chosen from cards Clarno has already pressure-tested. The judgments about the market do not negotiate. The platform argues and concludes, and it never chooses.
Key features
- Up to 50 market agents carry a persona and episodic memory, and the cohort advances on a tick clock so later answers come from a lived history.
- At 50 agents the cohort deliberates as a group, under a moderator that scores positions. Consensus has to be earned.
- No source, no number. When no page exists, the card says not found instead of inventing one. A missing number is a finding.
- Every scan ends in a verdict of pass, fail, or pivot. Disconfirming evidence comes first.
- A failed verdict can come with an opportunity-solution tree of ranked pivots, so the next branch is tried in simulation.
- Doubt is wired into every beat. No model is asked to grade its own honesty.
