BULLY Crypto Agent is a free, rule-based, read-only contract checker for Robinhood Chain (chain ID 4663). Paste a contract address and it reports what the chain shows: whether code exists there, token name, symbol, decimals and supply, proxy patterns, owner() and paused() reads, a byte-pattern scan for common mint, pause and fee function selectors (a hit is not proof the function exists or can be called), a Sourcify source lookup, and a small read-only buy-then-sell simulation. Results come back as a plain-JSON report. It is not an LLM: no trading advice and no safety verdicts. Also available over MCP and A2A.
