BuildReceipts formats transaction details into user-created receipts and invoices. Pick a template, edit the fields, and review a preview before download. It is not an original merchant receipt.
What Build Receipts does
The editor supports a template library, itemized line items, a live preview, PDF download, custom logo and branding, multi-currency, and receipt history. Invoice editing and PDF export are available without a subscription. The standard receipt editor allows two watermarked guest downloads per browser before sign up. A standard free account has no receipt credits. Paid plans and any assigned credits determine account downloads. PDF generation processes document content on the server. Receipt History stores submitted form details. AI assistance sends the prompt and relevant receipt fields to Groq. Guest exports include a watermark. The current receipt editor removes its watermark for signed-in exports that have available download access.
